1. Delivery Overview
At Roma Home Furnishings, we take great care to ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible. We partner with trusted couriers and specialist furniture carriers to deliver your items directly to your door.
Delivery times vary depending on the item’s size, stock availability, and destination.
2. Delivery Options & Charges
Small & Medium Items (e.g., lighting, mirrors, décor):

Standard UK Mainland delivery: 3–5 working days.

Charges are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
Large & Fragile Furniture (e.g., sofas, tables, beds):

Delivered via our specialist two-person carrier within 7–14 working days.

You will be contacted directly to arrange a convenient delivery date and time window.

Delivery includes placement of the item in a room of your choice (ground floor as standard).

Additional charges may apply for difficult access, upper-floor deliveries, or remote postcodes.
3. Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout the UK Mainland.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and other offshore locations may attract a surcharge or require additional delivery time.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver outside of the UK Mainland for oversized furniture items.
Please contact our Customer Service team prior to ordering if you are unsure whether we deliver to your area.
4. Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details or an estimated delivery window.

Our larger furniture carriers will contact you directly to schedule your delivery and confirm any access details.
5. Delivery Day Information
Please ensure that:

The delivery address is accessible and there is safe access for our delivery team.

Any hallways, staircases or doorways are large enough to accommodate the items ordered.

An adult is present at the address to sign for and inspect the delivery.
If our delivery team is unable to complete delivery due to access issues or no one being present, a re-delivery charge may apply.
6. Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
Some of our furniture and bespoke pieces are made to order or may be on pre-order.
Estimated delivery dates are shown on the product page and confirmed once the item is in stock.
We will keep you updated if there are any delays from our suppliers or carriers.
7. Split Deliveries
If your order contains multiple items, these may be dispatched separately depending on availability or size. You will only be charged one delivery fee (unless otherwise stated).
8. Damaged or Missing Deliveries
We take every precaution to pack your items securely.
If an item arrives damaged, please note this on the delivery paperwork and contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
If any part of your order is missing, please notify us within 7 days so we can resolve it promptly.
9. Failed or Refused Deliveries
If a delivery is refused or missed without prior arrangement, a re-delivery charge may apply.
If the order is cancelled after dispatch, return delivery charges will be deducted from any refund due.
